Our PC time and print management vendor performed a software update this afternoon to improve our public print services. Unfortunately, the update did not go as planned and has caused our public print services to be unavailable.
We are working with our vendor to try to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We hope to have a Senior Developer available to remote in Friday afternoon to troubleshoot the issue.
If the developer is available on Friday afternoon, we will need to take our public computer services offline during the troubleshooting. This will affect anyone who needs to use our computers.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide updates on our progress as soon as we have more information.
